Our dryer is only 2 or 3 years old, why is it making this loud unnerving popping sound when it starts heating up? Buy a new unit? Nope! Decided to give Hemi’s a shot, and so glad we did. Tony and Ramir came out and diagnosed it as a cracked blower wheel. Ordered the part and Big T came back the next morning and replaced it. I was in my living room watching the Price is Right and could hear a vacuum cleaner upstairs. Tony not only replaced the blower wheel but also cleaned out the built up lint. C’mon now, this is an exceptional business, especially compared to the veterinarian hospital that charged for every little thing including charging us for disposing of latex gloves used during exam to nit pick the bill to over $800. More businesses like Hemi’s please! Good prices and nice people.

We had Charlie come out for a dryer repair. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the parts and completed the job promptly. Always communicated arrival times, professional and polite. Price was fair . Highly recommend for your repair needs. We will certainly use again if needed for any of our appliances

I had a problem with my washing machine several weeks ago. I went on line and found the reviews of Hemi's were very good, so I called them. They responded almost immediately and set up a date to come to my home. When the repairman came, he told me what he thought it was and he was going to get the part and return the next day. It turned out that didn't completely solve the problem, so I called again - on a Sunday night just to leave a message - and I got a return call almost immediately and set up an appointment for a return visit. JD came this time and felt it was the clutch of my washing machine that was actually the problem. He said if he could get the part locally he would return the next day - which he did - and he brought his father, Dave, with him. JD installed the part and also put new gears in my washer. He did not charge me for this part or the visit, which did resolve the problem with my washer. He also refunded part of what I had paid for the initial visit which didn't solve the problem. Hemi's is outstanding and I would never ever think about calling any other company. They respond to your call immediately and if something isn't right at the first visit, they come back and make it right I don't know of any other company that would have handled the situation and also refund part of what I paid for the first visit. I highly recommend Hemi's to anyone who needs work done on any appliance. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. They are excellent.

Our Maytag oven stopped working. We called Hemi's. Charles came out and did a geat job of diagnosing the problem and fixing our oven. We will definitely call Hemi's again. Great job!

Everyone at Hemi's is awesome! From scheduling to service calls, every experience I've had has been fantastic. Over the last couple of years, we've had interaction with Dave, Charlie, and most recently, Marcus. Each gentleman had incredible knowledge and exhibited wonderful customer service skills and are simply great to be around, especially when I asked so many questions! We hired Hemi's for installation of all kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and for minor repairs as well as dryer vent cleaning. A great company with personable and professional employees. I would highly recommend Hemi's Appliance Repair. I called them regarding an issue we were having with a washing machine. They were able to send a repairman within the week. Our repairman was Tony who was great. He thoroughly cleaned our washer, including under the agitator. He explained everything he was doing and explained what we should do in the future to avoid problems. Tony was very courteous and professional.
