I will be using Hemi's Appliance Repair from now on. They answered the phone with a person's voice who was very friendly. Tony came out the next morning and said two more workers needed to clean the vent. David and Alex came out and were extremely courteous, professional and great workers. They explained what needed to be done. They were done in an hour and i am so happy my dryer is working now. Great Job!

Charlie came today to fix my dishwasher and frig. What a nice gentleman. Did a wonderful job. Fix both appliances cleaned under my frig and cleaned up the job site after. Honest answers about the repair. Will continue to call Charlie to fix my appliances.

I first spoke with the office, very pleasant in scheduling an appointment.

Tony, our repair tech, called the morning of the appointment, said he would be here between 2-5, at 1:30 received a call he would be here at 2. While this seems like I'm giving too much detail, I know how important a returned and followed up phone call are and how difficult they are to receive.

Tony arrived, pleasant, courteous and professional, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He did a thorough check of the whole fridge to make sure there was nothing else needed.

I am very pleased, Hemi's will go in my contacts as my appliance repair go to!

Couldn't be happier from start to finish. Tech's called first to give me a window of time for the appointment then later called when they were about 15 minutes away. Charlie and Doug were polite, knowledgeable, and worked fast. Extremely reasonable pricing as well. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone!!

Hemi’s solved the problem with my ice maker and did not charge me for the service visit. You don’t hear “ no charge” for a service call these days. Have used them in the past and will continue to use them. Very professional, honest, and reliable. Charlie and Doug did an outstanding job. Will recommend them to my friends.
